Cancellation and refunds
How garages stop subscription renewal, and how to ask about payments or refunds.
Cancel in the billing section of the garage account. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the displayed current period. Cancel before the displayed trial end to avoid a charge after the trial.
Cancellation does not automatically delete accounts, history or invoices. Contact support about payment errors or refund requests. Applicable mandatory rights are not excluded. Repairs and their payments are agreed directly with the garage.
