MHXANIKOS operates in Cyprus as a sole proprietorship under the trading name MHXANIKOS. Address: Australias 1B, Limassol 3017, Cyprus.
We process account and contact details, vehicles, requests, quotations, uploaded files, subscription records, consent choices and necessary technical records to operate and protect the service.
Matching alone does not reveal a driver phone. A garage must submit a quotation, and phone verification and sharing consent are required. Drivers see garage details with the offer before accepting. After acceptance, only the selected garage can access the driver phone; cancelled requests end that access.
Withdraw sharing consent in settings; this stops future sharing, not copies already seen. Contact support for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. You may complain to the Cyprus data protection authority.
MHXANIKOS manages accounts and sessions. Twilio delivers SMS sign-in codes; Stripe, Replit and Microsoft 365 process the data needed for their services. Microsoft 365 handles platform email notifications and support messages; Twilio handles permitted SMS/WhatsApp when configured. Email is not used for customer or business sign-in. Stripe payment emails remain managed by Stripe. Data may be processed outside the EEA. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations; immediate deletion of all records is not promised.
