The number of quotes depends on the service you need, your area, the availability of suitable automotive businesses and marketplace activity. MHXANIKOS does not guarantee a specific number of quotes.

How will I know when I receive a quote?

You’ll receive an SMS and can sign in with your phone number to view the details.

MHXANIKOS will notify you when you receive a new quote or when there is an important update to your request. You can also add and verify your email address to receive updates by email.

How do I pay for the service?

You pay your chosen business directly, according to the terms you agree on.

You pay the garage or automotive professional carrying out the work directly. MHXANIKOS does not collect payment for the repair or service.

What if I don't know what is wrong with my car?

You don't need to diagnose the problem yourself. Choose “Not sure” where available and describe what you notice, such as a noise, warning light, leak, unusual smell or vibration. You can also add photos or a short video.

Which garages receive my request?

Your request is matched with automotive businesses that provide the relevant service and serve your area.

What can a quote include?

A quote may include labour, parts, total price, taxes or VAT where applicable, terms, validity and warranty information where provided. The garage also indicates the type of price being offered.

What do Fixed Price, Price From, Estimate and Inspection Required mean?

“Fixed Price” applies to the work described in the quote. “Price From” starts at the displayed amount. An “Estimate” is indicative and may change after inspection. “Inspection Required” means the vehicle needs to be checked before a final price can be provided.

What happens when I accept a quote?

When you accept a quote, the garage is notified of your choice. You can view the accepted quote and the garage contact details in your request to arrange the next steps.

When are contact details shared?

A business sees your phone number only after it sends you a quote, and only if you allow sharing. You see the business details together with its quote.

Is there a free trial?

Current plans show whether a free trial is included and its duration. If offered, the trial starts after activation with a payment method is confirmed. The subscription then renews at the price shown before activation unless you cancel before renewal.

Why is a payment method required for the free trial?

Where a plan includes a free trial, the payment method is used for automatic subscription renewal afterwards. Check the trial duration, renewal price and billing period shown for your selected plan before activation.

Does MHXANIKOS take a commission on repairs or services?

No. MHXANIKOS does not take a percentage of the value of the repair or service. Your customer pays your business directly.

Do I pay per request or per quote?

Business access is subscription-based, without a separate charge per request or quote. Check the current plan name, subscription price and billing period before activation.

Who pays me for the job?

Your customer pays you directly for the repair or service. MHXANIKOS does not collect or distribute payment for the job.

Can I choose which services my business provides?

Yes. You select the categories and specific services your business actually provides. MHXANIKOS uses these selections to help match relevant requests.

Can I choose my service area?

You choose your business city in your profile. Requests are matched using that city and your selected services.

Do I have to quote every request?

No. You decide which relevant requests you want to respond to and set your own price and quote terms.

Does MHXANIKOS guarantee requests or jobs?

No. Availability depends on local demand, your location, selected services and marketplace activity. A request or quote does not guarantee a job, revenue or exclusivity.

Is my business verified before activation?

MHXANIKOS may request business information and documents for verification before or during activation. Account verification does not constitute a guarantee of the quality of the business services.

Can I cancel during the free trial?

If your plan includes a free trial, you can cancel before the first renewal so that the next subscription period is not charged. Check your subscription for the renewal date.

Which automotive businesses can join?

Garages, independent mechanics and specialist providers such as tyre, electrical, bodywork, detailing, glass, A/C, transmission, hybrid/EV and roadside assistance businesses can join, selecting only the services they provide.
